The VTB 24Vdc sounder beacon is part of the VTG family of products designed for use with conventional fire alarm systems including marine approved and other general 24Vdc applications.

The sounder function, like all VTG products, comes as standard with 32 tones. The beacon function has been designed for maximum all-round visibility, coupled with low power consumption utilising an array of energy efficient LEDs. The sounder function features a two-stage alarm override which is activated by a third negative wire from the fire panel.

Both the sounder and beacon functions are fully synchronised. The product can also be used as a beacon only which is easily selected by a DIL switch at the time of installation.

The VTG family of sounders has been designed to cover a wide spectrum of applications. The 24 volt EN54-3 approved version is for use with conventional fire alarm systems including marine approved and as standard comes with 32 tones. The sounder is supplied with a two stage alarm override which is activated by a third negative wire from the fire panel.

All tones have been selected to comply with the latest sound patterns and frequencies used throughout the world. All tone options are fully synchronised. The sounder function has been fully approved to EN54-3 by the LPCB and VdS on tones 1, 8, 11, 25 and 27

The SONF1 is a compact, high output, 103dB(A) alarm sounder. Low current consumption and high SPL in a robust fire retardant housing ensure it is suitable for general signalling applications including fire, security and process control.

The D1xB2X05 beacons produce a high output Xenon flash required for effective signalling in environments with elevated levels of ambient light. The field replaceable colour filter enhances the strobe and is constructed from UV stable PC. The robust enclosure features a threaded flame path, four cable entries. Mounting options include surface via integrated lugs, pendant or by addition of optional multi direction stainless steel bracket.
