ASD pipe network 45 bend is a pipe fitting that changes the direction of an aspirated smoke detection (ASD) pipe run by 45 degrees. It connects two sections of 25 mm rigid PVC pipe, creating a smooth angled turn that helps maintain stable airflow through the detection system.

The E700‑45 is a 45-degree elbow designed to allow smooth directional changes in ASD pipe layouts. It connects two sections of 25 mm rigid PVC pipe at a 45° angle, making it ideal for navigating corners, vertical drops, or angled pipe runs where tighter bends would risk disrupting airflow.

This fitting is often used in environments with complex layouts—such as server rooms, hospitals, or industrial facilities—where the ASD network needs to follow architectural features without sharp turns. By maintaining a smoother curve, the E700‑45 helps preserve vacuum pressure, reduce turbulence, and support accurate air sampling from each zone.

The fitting is made from fire-rated PVC and is installed using standard solvent cement to create an airtight and permanent seal.
