E700-SB

ASD Short Bend is a short radius 90° bend used in aspirated smoke detection (ASD) systems. Its purpose is to let the pipe change direction sharply—turning at a right angle—without taking up much space. It’s ideal for installations where layout is tight, like ceiling voids, risers, or behind equipment.

Advanced Technology Products are proud to only supply the highest-quality products for your Aspirated Smoke Detector Sampling Network requirements.

For optimum performance, an aspirating smoke detection system needs a well-designed and installed quality pipework system.

ATP’s ASD Pipe and Fittings range fulfils this requirement by creating lightweight and versatile products that have been specially developed to provide fully matched components for the optimal performance of your whole Aspirated Smoke Detection System.

The E700‑SB is a compact 90-degree elbow fitting designed for use in aspirated smoke detection (ASD) systems. It allows a sharp directional change where space is limited and a long-radius bend isn’t practical.

Despite its short radius, the E700‑SB maintains the integrity of the ASD pipe network by enabling a secure, vacuum-tight connection. It’s ideal for installations in ceiling voids, equipment enclosures, risers, or other confined areas that require efficient pipe routing without unnecessary bulk.

The fitting is made from durable, fire-rated PVC and is installed using solvent cement. Its compact size supports tidy, professional layouts, particularly in tight spaces where every millimetre counts.
